photos of yogis you see on the Internet are of people with the so-called Hypermobility, i.e. joint laxity <span class=\"hiddenGrammarError\">Hypermobility<\/span>)? This is a type of disease that, among others, makes these people&#039;s joints easily able to go beyond their natural range of motion (often combined with many other symptoms), and this is why they are often drawn to yoga and dancing, and due to the fact that they are &quot;photogenic&quot;, they mainly represent the world of yoga.<br \/><br \/>And the truth is, you don&#039;t have to be flexible or athletic to join a yoga class and experience its wonderful benefits.
