[]\"><strong>Whatever you&#8217;re struggling with, you don&#8217;t have to figure out what&#8217;s underneath it on your own.<\/strong><\/p><p dir=\"auto\">In our one-to-one sessions, we&#8217;ll explore what&#8217;s really going on beneath the surface and use EFT tapping to work with the emotions, memories and beliefs connected to it.<\/p><p dir=\"auto\">You don&#8217;t need to know exactly what to tap on or have everything figured out before you start. That&#8217;s what we&#8217;ll work out together<\/p><p dir=\"auto\">Before your first session, you&#8217;ll fill out a form so I can understand what you&#8217;d like to work on. During a session, when you start to feel discomfort, I will guide you through it\u2014holding your hand, so to speak (though never by force)\u2014and offer my support. Looking back at many of the sessions I\u2019ve undergone myself, I suspect I would have quit halfway through had I tried to do them alone; after all, this kind of inner work isn&#8217;t always pleasant, to put it mildly.<\/p><p>Having a coach present makes a huge difference because they are an objective outsider\u2014someone not emotionally entangled in your problems\u2014who can spot and point out patterns and behaviors that you might miss.<\/p><p>An experienced coach can create a safe, accepting, and understanding space for you\u2014a container where you can truly open up and feel better after sharing your problem with someone.<\/p><p>These are just a few of the benefits of working one-on-one with EFT.
