One-to-one EFT guidance for the emotional patterns that keep you stuck.
Whether you’re struggling with emotional eating, body image, confidence, anxiety, difficult experiences, or other personal challenges, you don’t have to figure out what’s underneath it on your own.
In our one-to-one sessions, we’ll explore what’s really going on beneath the surface and use EFT tapping to work with the emotions, memories and beliefs connected to it.
You don’t need to know exactly what to tap on or have everything figured out before you start. That’s what we’ll work out together
Before your first session, you’ll fill out a form so I can understand what you’d like to work on. During our sessions, I’ll ask questions, help you uncover the deeper aspects of the issue and guide you through the tapping process.
We may work with emotions, memories, beliefs, physical sensations or situations that are still affecting you today.
You will also learn how to use EFT to continue the work between sessions, and support yourself in daily challenges that may arise.
Why work with a practitioner?
First of all, you won’t be able to run away from the problem. During a session, when you start to feel discomfort, I will guide you through it – holding your hand, so to speak (though never by force) – offer my support, and I will make sure you end the session feeling better. Looking back at many of the sessions I’ve undergone myself, I suspect I would have quit halfway through if I’d tried to do them alone; after all, this kind of inner work isn’t always pleasant.
Having a coach present makes a huge difference because they are an objective outsider—someone not emotionally involved in your problems—who can spot patterns and behaviours you might miss.
An experienced coach can create a safe, accepting, and understanding space for you—a container where you can truly open up and feel better after sharing your problem with someone.
These are just a few of the benefits of working one-on-one with EFT. If you have the means, I encourage you to invest in yourself. I would be delighted to help you take responsibility for your own well-being, with full acceptance and support.
What's next?
The first step is to book a free 20-minute video consultation; this allows us to discuss what you want to work on and change, as well as ask any questions you may have.
We will discuss what you would like to work on, answer your questions and decide together whether working with me would be a good fit.
The initial full session (online) typically lasts up to 90 minutes, while subsequent sessions are 60 minutes. During the first session, we will gather information about the changes you wish to make and assess your specific needs.
Of course, we will also do some tapping, but that extra time in our first meeting is dedicated specifically to conversation.
