EFT Tapping

A revolutionary method that reduces the negative impact of emotions, and memories on our lives. Whilst significantly reducing our stress levels.

It is a combination of modern psychology, Chinese medicine and neuroplasticity. It's incredibly effective in solving emotional problems, traumas, phobias, post-traumatic stress, and namely many health problems, (and even more!).

It is said that it is a "cure for everything" (and it really is!), often just 5 minutes is enough to feel relief.

Using EFT, I help women transform and build a relationship with their bodies. I want to show you how you can love yourself again, exactly as you are. And how this loving and supportive approach can help you achieve your weight and appearance goals while being fun and easy.

Yoga

My yoga is gentle, sensitive and quite easy, so it is accessible to every body, no matter your size, ability, or fitness level. 

I use the Yin and Hatha styles in my yoga. Including the principles of biomechanics and functional training. Intertwining them with elements of self-love, awareness of the menstrual cycle, and how it affects yoga practice.
